Order Processing and Shipping:
- All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.

- We aim to ship orders placed before 2pm on the same day.
- Standard delivery to Ireland & the UK usually takes 1-7 business days.
- Priority delivery to Ireland & the UK usually takes 1-3 business days, with next day delivery service for orders placed before 11.30am Monday-Thursday.
- Two business days delivery service for orders placed after 11.30am Monday-Wednesday.
- Three business days delivery service for orders placed after 11.30am Thursday, usually arriving by Monday.
- Guaranteed next day delivery subject to DPD service. Free Next Day Service on orders over £50.
- High order volumes may cause delays beyond our control.
Free Shipping:
- Standard delivery to Ireland & the UK is free for orders over £20.
- Priority delivery to Ireland & the UK is free for orders over £50.
Shipping beyond Ireland & the UK:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status:
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
- If you haven’t received your order within our expected delivery times after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nicofresh.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes, and delivery may not be possible if you have provided a P.O. box delivery address.
