When you purchase anything of the Nicofresh Vaping website, once you create an account every £1 you spend equates to 5 loyalty points. 500 points are equal to £5, which you can then use at checkout to deduct from the overall cost of your order.
Once you add your desired items into basket and go to the checkout page, you will be prompted at the top of the page to use your points that you have built up on your previous orders. Simply click apply to avail of this. You must have a minimum of 500 points to be prompted to use.

Yes, your order can be cancelled. If your order has been dispatched and you no longer require it, you can return your order back to Nicofresh for a full refund, providing it is unused and still in its original packaging.

Postal orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr. Orders can arrive within 1-3 days, however we must allow up to 7 business days for Northern Ireland and up to 10 business days for Republic of Ireland.

Yes, next day delivery via DPD Ireland is available for orders placed before 11:30am Monday-Thursday. If your order is placed after 11:30am on Thursday, it will be dispatched Friday and delivered Monday. DPD orders to mainland UK is 2 days.
